Previously, he helped build synthetic biology platforms at Zymergen and Mammoth Biosciences and contributed to metabolic engineering and Cas nuclease discovery projects.

Sandy advises on strategy and helps out with talent acquisition.

He previously founded DeepMind’s Science Team and led personalisation teams at Amazon.com for ten years.

Rebecca creates biological platforms to validate AI-driven protein design.

Previously, she developed novel high-throughput gene editing tools, screening methods, and cell culture systems.

Jonathan builds frontier models.

He previously did his PhD on machine learning interpretability at the University of Cambridge and contributed to Microsoft's foundation model for materials, Mattergen.

Henry builds frontier models.

Previously, he worked at Exscientia on antibody language models. He earned his DPhil from the University of Oxford, conducting research in graph machine learning.

Michael develops information platforms to support biological innovation.

Previously, he built strain recommendation engines, analytic workflows, data management systems, and lab-facing applications at Zymergen and Sound Agriculture.

Agrin builds and accelerates frontier models, from training to deployment.

Prior to Latent Labs, he developed causal foundation models and optimized quantization kernels for fast inference at Microsoft Research. Before this he worked on language models for speech generation.

Previously, he built generative models for biology at Altos Labs, unraveling the causes of aging and disease, after advancing AI for science as a professor and in industry.

Prior to this she was a Talent Acquisition Lead at DeepMind and for Isomorphic Labs where she directed hiring efforts and led change programmes to attract, engage and retain talent.
